For sensitive dogs, it may be a good idea to let the dog fast first and then slowly start with raw feeding. To do this, first feed several small meat meals and gradually add other components ( vegetables/fruit , herbs , additives , bones , oil ).

The amount of food depends primarily on factors such as age, activity and breed. A rule of thumb is that an adult dog needs about 2% of its body weight in food per day. The meat for our products originally comes from food production, and we mainly use meat trimmings that accrue during cutting. Many of our items are also so-called slaughter by-products, which are rarely used in the German or European food industry because we humans generally do not consider them to be fit for consumption. From our own experience we know that it is not always possible to transport enough BARF to your holiday destination.
