Questions about the feed subscription

How do I create a subscription?

After you have filled the shopping cart with “subscription-eligible” items (see labeling of subscription-eligible items), you can use “View and edit shopping cart” to set the start date and interval (1-8 weeks) of the subscription agreement.

Can I order all articles by subscription?

A subscription agreement can only be placed with items marked “subscription-ready”.

Which shipping method is possible with the subscription?

All of our shipping service providers are also available for a subscription. You can choose between DHL and DPD standard shipping, UPS and DPD express shipping or DPD express Saturday delivery.

Which payment method is possible with the subscription?

You can choose between “PayPal”, “direct debit” or “open invoice” (credit check in accordance with the data protection declaration).

Will I be informed about follow-up orders?

Of course, you will receive an order confirmation by email four days before the shipping date.

Can I change the interval or next shipping date?

In the existing subscription agreement, you can change the interval (the next shipping date must be adjusted separately) or set the next shipping date at any time (follow-up orders already in process remain unaffected).

What if I go on vacation and don't need any goods?

The subscription can be postponed/paused for up to 6 months by moving the next shipping date.

Can I re-address a follow-up subscription order?

It is not possible to change your address in an existing subscription agreement. However, you can cancel the subscription at any time and re-subscribe with new address details.

For a one-time address change (vacation), postpone the subscription delivery and place a separate interim order with the corresponding address.

Can I create multiple/different subscriptions if necessary?

Of course, it is possible to have multiple subscriptions.

Are vouchers/loyalty points automatically taken into account?

As soon as an environmental bonus voucher or sufficient loyalty points are deposited in the customer account, these will automatically be taken into account in the next follow-up order.

What if I need more/fewer or different items in the subscription?

No changes can be made to the quantity or type of items included in the subscription. In this case, delete the existing subscription and create a new one according to your wishes.

What if I no longer want a subscription?

The subscription can be canceled at any time in the customer account under the menu item "My subscriptions". Any follow-up orders that are currently being processed are excluded from the cancellation.

How does automatic shipping work on or around holidays?

If the next shipping day is not possible due to a public holiday, you will be informed in advance by email and will have the opportunity to adjust the shipping day if necessary.

What happens if products from my subscription agreement are not available?

If it should happen that a product from your subscription is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you of this in advance by email. This gives you the opportunity to place a separate interim order if necessary.
