Due to its comparatively large volume, feed cellulose creates a pleasant feeling of satiety, even though fewer calories are actually consumed. This makes a diet much more pleasant for everyone involved. Because it is tasteless, dietary fiber is often accepted by picky four-legged friends who refuse to eat vegetables, grains or fruit, and it provides the necessary fiber enrichment.
This can also be the case with exclusion diets, allergies and other types of intolerances.

Feeding & Storage
Dogs and cats: 0.5 - 1 g per kg body weight
Please note that incorrect preparation (too much added moisture) or a changeover that is too quick can lead to diarrhea. This will quickly settle down again with correct handling or discontinuation. Large dog breeds in particular should rest for a while after consuming fiber and should not be encouraged to exercise excessively.
Sufficient drinking water must always be available.
Long-term supplementary feeding should be supervised by a veterinarian.
