A dog birthday cake is of course a very special treat for your loyal companion. On his special day, your dog will be delighted with a delicious cake that contains everything he or she likes. The cake for the dog can therefore look very different - but of course we still have a recipe idea for you. You can of course modify this with different types of meat or fruit and vegetables.

What you need for the dog birthday cake
- 1 kg beef, finely minced & drained
- fruit and vegetable mixture
- 1 egg, hard-boiled
- 500 ml low-fat quark
- favorite snacks/treats
- beef sausages
How it works
- Mix the beef and the fruit and vegetable mixture. You can prepare this yourself or use one of the mixtures from our BARF shop . Just take a look at our Fruit & Vegetables category.
- Pour the mixture into a cake ring and shape it so that the edges are slightly flattened and the center is raised accordingly.
- Place the hard-boiled egg in a well in the center of the cake and cover again.
- Spread the low-fat curd cheese over the meat, fruit and vegetable mixture to form an even layer.
- Decorate the dog birthday cake with your four-legged friend's favorite treats or trainies as well as with the half-sliced beef sausages.
- For smaller dogs or if several dogs are to get some of the dog birthday cake, you can of course adjust the quantities given or make several small cakes.
