Frozen meat

Frozen meat products are always delivered in our paper-based packaging with proven paperfloc technology, ensuring compliance with the cold chain (< + 7°C) for a period of at least 72 hours (in summer) .

Should it nevertheless happen that the goods have thawed or defrosted, this does not constitute a loss of quality or a reason for complaint. The goods can be frozen again or fed to animals immediately.

Shipping with DHL, DPD & UPS - choose Standard or Express

We ship nationwide within Germany via DHL/DPD standard shipping, free of charge for orders over €79, without a guaranteed delivery time (delivery up to 72 hours – in individual cases 96 hours). For frozen items, we ship express for a minimum order quantity of 4 kg.

If you wish for a guaranteed delivery time (1-2 days), you can select this with UPS Express and DPD Express.

Island deliveries via DHL and shipping to DHL Packstations are at the recipient's risk. Packages that do not fit into a Packstation due to their dimensions will be forwarded to a branch or returned to us.

Note on Delivery Address and Delivery

Of course, you can specify a different delivery address during the order process – for example, your workplace or another preferred address where you are available during the day. In this case, please ensure that the recipient's name is clearly visible there so that delivery can proceed smoothly.

Important: Delivery usually also takes place on Saturdays, so you may be able to receive the goods on the weekend.

You can arrange further reception options (delivery authorization, preferred location) yourself with DHL after registration.

Important Note on Delivery

Please note that a delay or prevention of delivery caused by you – e.g., by selecting a preferred day, incorrect or incomplete address details, or refusal of acceptance – can lead to the total loss of the shipment.

In such a case, the payment obligation generally remains, as we have shipped the goods correctly and according to your order.

Delivery not made: What to do?

If you were not at home during delivery or if the tour was aborted, your package will be taken to a branch/parcel shop or redelivered on the following day. Please pick it up promptly, ensuring the cold chain is maintained.

Please check your address details before ordering. You, as the recipient, are liable for incorrect or incomplete information that leads to the loss of goods.

Can I still cancel or change the order?

Canceling or changing your order (e.g., shipping date and delivery address) is only possible as long as it hasn't been packed yet.
Please note: Your chosen shipping date is not decisive – once the order has been processed, no further changes are possible.

Thawed Goods: What to Do?

Defrosted goods that are still at refrigerator temperature (7–8 °C) can be refrozen without hesitation.

Package tracking in real time

With DPD and DHL, you can check the shipping status of your order and retrieve the estimated delivery time at any time.
Tip: Download the DPD or DHL app – this way you'll receive all delivery updates quickly and conveniently.

If you are not at home during the day, you can issue a delivery authorization (e.g. to a neighbor).

Please note: Our frozen products should ideally be accepted upon the first delivery attempt to maintain the cold chain.

10% discount for self-collection

It is possible to collect the goods personally after pre-ordering. Collection is generally possible from Tuesday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Please wait for the information email (goods are ready for collection) or arrange a collection date.

Those who collect their items themselves will receive a 10% discount on their entire shopping cart. This discount will be automatically deducted if you select the self-collection shipping method during the ordering process. There is sufficient parking available directly in front of the hall.
