Frozen meat

Frozen meat products are always delivered in our paper-based packaging with proven paperfloc technology, ensuring compliance with the cold chain (< + 7°C) for a period of at least 72 hours (in summer) .

Should it nevertheless happen that the goods have thawed or defrosted, this does not constitute a loss of quality or a reason for complaint. The goods can be frozen again or fed to animals immediately.

10% discount for self-collection

It is possible to collect the goods personally after pre-ordering. Collection is generally possible from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Please wait for the information email (goods are ready for collection) or arrange a collection date.

Those who collect their items themselves will receive a 10% discount on their entire shopping cart. This discount will be automatically deducted if you select the self-collection shipping method during the ordering process. There is sufficient parking available directly in front of the hall.

Shipping with DHL, DPD & UPS

Taking into account the minimum order quantity of 4 kg for frozen items, we ship throughout Germany via DHL/DPD standard shipping with no delivery time guarantee (delivery up to 72 hours - in individual cases 96 hours - after dispatch).

If you would like a delivery time guarantee , you can get this when shipping with UPS Express and DPD Express .

Island deliveries (only via DHL) and shipping to packing stations (only via DHL) are at the recipient's risk (packages that do not fit into a packing station due to their dimensions will be forwarded to a branch or returned to us).

Alternatively, you have the option of having the goods sent to a different address, e.g. your workplace ( please note that in individual cases shipping may take longer than 24 hours. Delivery may therefore also take place on a Saturday! ).

You can arrange further delivery options (delivery authorization, preferred location) with DHL yourself after registration.

A delay/prevention of delivery caused by you (desired date, incorrect/incomplete address information) or a refusal to accept the shipment will result in the total loss of the shipment, which does not fundamentally release you as a customer from the obligation to pay.

Delivery not made: What to do?

If you were not at home when the delivery was made or if the delivery was cancelled for operational reasons, the package will be taken to a post office or parcel shop/access point or a new delivery attempt will be made the following day. You are obliged to collect or accept the goods as quickly as possible within the cold chain . Collection can be done using the notification card and/or your ID card.

Please check that your address details are complete and correct before placing your order. We also recommend checking the order confirmation email. If incorrect addressing leads to a loss of goods, this is always at the recipient's expense.

When can I cancel or change the order?

Once the order has been packed by us ( the departure date you have chosen is not necessarily relevant ), the order cannot be cancelled or changed in any other way (departure date, delivery address, order quantity).

Does the express delivery arrive at the specified time?

The delivery times we specify refer to the standard case and are non-binding. If the delivery is delayed due to unforeseeable obstacles, such as force majeure, strikes or traffic disruptions, the delivery times will be extended accordingly. Refusal of acceptance is always at the recipient's expense.

Shipping costs for express shipping

If you choose UPS Express as the shipping method for your order (subject to additional charge), the goods will be delivered to you on the next working day (Tue - Thu) after the departure date by 1 p.m. (between December 1st and December 31st by 6 p.m.).


A shipping fee of €5 is charged per order. A shipping unit can contain a total weight of up to 30 kg (including all packaging). Alternatively, you have the option of having the goods sent to a different address, e.g. your workplace.


You can arrange additional delivery options with UPS yourself after registration.


Delivery to islands, packing stations and post offices is not possible!


In the event of your absence, UPS may, at its sole discretion, leave packages at your location, provided local conditions permit.

If you choose DPD Express as the shipping method for your order (surcharge up to 100 €, free from 100 € ), the goods will be delivered to you 1 to 2 days after dispatch (except Sundays).


Shipping costs of €5.90 will be charged per order. Alternatively, you can have the goods sent to a different address, e.g. your workplace (please note that delivery may not take place until Saturday) .

In the event of your absence, DPD may leave parcels at its own discretion, provided local conditions permit this.

Package tracking in real time

DPD and DHL allow you to view the shipping status of your order and determine the expected delivery time.

We recommend: Download the DPD or DHL app to access the current delivery status more quickly.

If you are not at home during the day, you can easily give permission for the parcel to be left at your neighbor's home, for example. However, our frozen products should ideally be accepted on the first delivery attempt so as not to interrupt the cold chain.
