Cats can only synthesize a small amount of taurine themselves. Not all types of meat contain enough taurine to cover the cat's needs. Therefore, targeted supplementation with this nutrient is essential, even in raw feeding.

Feeding & Storage
Mix 1/2 g haustierkost.de taurine with water and mix with the daily ration of meat. The enclosed measuring spoon corresponds to approx. 1.7 g.
Please never feed taurine pure, as it can have an irritating effect.
For meats with a high taurine content, e.g. heart, or when feeding whole prey animals (e.g. day-old chicks, mice, etc.), no addition of taurine is necessary.
