Conditions of participation competition with @total.verknotet

These terms and conditions regulate participation in the competition from haustierkost.de® and @total.verknotet via Instagram (account managed by Jana Böhm - https://www.instagram.com/total.verknotet/). By participating in this competition from VISIONISTAS GmbH, participants accept the following provisions.

eligibility to participate

Anyone who is at least 16 years old and has their permanent residence in Germany or Austria is eligible to take part. Employees of VISIONISTAS GmbH and all persons involved in the competition, in particular those involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, are excluded. Commercial companies that take part on behalf of third parties are excluded from taking part.

Details and procedure of the competition

Participation in the competition takes place via the @haustierkost.de Instagram page and @total.verknotet Instagram page. The competition starts on September 24th, 2024 from the publication of the competition post and ends on October 1st, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. The start of the campaign will be published in the form of an Instagram post by @haustierkost.de as a joint collab post with the @total.verknotet Instagram page. To participate, the user must complete the following steps:

The user must follow the @haustierkost.de Instagram page and @total.verknotet on Instagram, like the competition post and leave a comment under the competition post. The comment should explain why you would like to win the individual collar and leash set from @total.verknotet.

Only comments posted during the participation period and that meet the conditions of participation are valid.

If the number of valid comments is greater than the number of prizes advertised, the winner will be chosen at random. To take part in this competition, the user must have an Instagram account and be logged in. Multiple entries, e.g. by making repeated comments, do not increase the chance of winning.

Posting the competition post in the story with tagging @haustierkost.de and @total.verknotet is optional and increases the chance of winning by 1 ticket.

A personalized collar and leash set will be raffled off via Instagram among all valid entries.

The winner will be informed via Instagram direct message from @haustierkost.de and will then be asked to respond via direct message to @total.verknotet within 3 days. @total.verknotet will then create an individual collar and leash set in consultation with the winner. Because the set is completely customized, the creation of the set and its shipping can take several weeks.

VISIONISTAS GmbH reserves the right to request proof of age.

If the winner does not respond via direct message on Instagram within 3 calendar days, the right to the prize will expire and a new winner will be drawn.

The prize of the competition:

The prize is a custom collar and leash set from @total.verknotet. It will be made individually and sent to the winner by post once it is finished.

Communication between haustierkost.de and the winner takes place via Instagram direct message. @total.verknotet can decide whether communication takes place via Instagram direct message or via email. Cash payment of the prizes is not possible.

Announcement of the winners:

The winner of the competition will be notified by @haustierkost.de via direct message on Instagram by October 7, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. at the latest. If the winner agrees, the Instagram account may also be mentioned and tagged in the story of @total.verknotet and @haustierkost.de.

Liability & Function of the Competition

VISIONISTAS GmbH accepts no liability for technical problems that may occur when posting to participate in the competition or when transmitting the shipping address on Instagram. Participation via competition agents will result in exclusion. The use of any type of automated process, such as scripts, to manipulate this competition is prohibited and will automatically result in exclusion from the draw. VISIONISTAS GmbH accepts no responsibility for late or incomplete entries.

delivery of the prize

The prize will be sent via @total.verknotet by post (@total.verknotet can decide which shipping service provider is selected).

There are no costs for the participant in sending the prizes. The original winner's claim is void if the prize cannot be delivered for reasons beyond his control (e.g. a package lost by the shipping service provider).

General Provisions

Legal recourse is excluded. The competition is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The data collected during the draw (name of the participating Instagram account) is only collected, processed and stored for the purpose of conducting the competition. VISIONISTAS GmbH reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition if the continued conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons. In this case, any claims for reimbursement of expenses incurred and claims for damages are excluded. Changes to the course, program and event date of the competition remain reserved. All information, especially in connection with the publication of winners' names, etc., are provided without guarantee. All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be directed to VISIONISTAS GmbH.

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. VISIONISTAS GmbH is responsible for processing the personal data you provide as part of the competition. Your personal data will be stored by us for the duration of the competition for the purpose of drawing the prize and sending the prize. Any personal data collected as part of this competition will be deleted by us no later than four weeks after the end of the competition.

As a participant in the competition, you have the right to information, deletion or correction in accordance with the statutory provisions, in particular the GDPR. Furthermore, you can revoke the consent you gave online to process your personal data at any time with effect for the future, although this may lead to exclusion from the competition.

If the competition is offered by the organizer via a third-party platform such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, the following applies:

a) In addition to these conditions of participation, the relationship between the organizer, the participant and the respective third-party platform is governed by the conditions of participation and the data protection rules of the respective platform operator (see Facebook terms of use https://www.facebook.com/terms.php, Instagram terms of use https://help.instagram.com/519522125107875 and TikTok terms of use https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/eea/terms-of-service/de-DE ).

b) Participants cannot assert any claims against the aforementioned social platforms on which the competition may take place in connection with the use of the competition application or participation in the competition.

c) Participants acknowledge that both the competition application and the competition are in no way sponsored, supported or organized by the respective aforementioned third-party platform and are in no way connected to the respective aforementioned third-party platform.

d) All information and data communicated or collected by participants through the use of the competition application or during the competition will only be used for the purposes of the competition and will not be disclosed to third parties unless the participant gives his or her consent.

e) All enquiries and information regarding the competition should be addressed to the organizer and not to the respective third-party platform mentioned above.
