300- 450 g spelt flour or buckwheat flour
2 eggs

First, put the two eggs and the smoothie in a bowl and mix the ingredients together. Now you have completed the first step and gradually add the flour. Fold in the flour, it is best to use a whisk for this. If the dough is too soft, just add a little more flour.
Now the fun part begins: It's best to work quickly and form the dough into a large ball. Then you can simply roll it out on a lightly floured work surface.
