Our frozen packages are shipped in cold-insulating paper packaging, with at least one cool pack.

The paper-based packaging, with proven paperfloc technology, with recycled waste paper is the sustainable alternative to conventional insulation. In addition, the Cool-Packs are:

As easy as never before

Disposal

The paper-based packaging is biodegradable and easier to recycle than plastic, for example. This helps reduce waste, because 100% of the paper waste is recyclable. After using the paperfloc insulation, you can simply dispose of the packaging in the paper waste, so no more annoying sending it back.

You can simply dispose of the cool packs in your residual waste.

Our environmental bonus

Don't worry, our tried and tested environmental bonus is still available. Instead of three bundled thermo boxes, you can now return your remaining thermo boxes individually, in a bundle of two, or as usual in a bundle of three. Otherwise, the process remains as usual and you will receive your environmental bonus after your thermo box(es) arrive. You can request a return form here.

In short: In the future, we will be delivering in more environmentally friendly packaging that can be easily disposed of in the paper waste and we will be taking back all old, intact thermo boxes until the end of the year in exchange for our environmental bonus!
