Order BARF online: Note the minimum order quantity
When you order BARF online, be sure to observe the respective minimum order quantity. For us, this is 8 kilograms per started thermal box and is important for various reasons. Firstly, for environmental reasons, we want to ensure that all of our boxes are well filled with the frozen fresh meat and the other feedstuffs required for balanced BARF. Appropriate utilization of the freezer boxes ensures that there are no "empty transports" in which only a small amount of BARF food is contained in a box. Secondly, when you order BARF , you expect the items you order to arrive in good condition. The easiest way to do this is to use the freezer boxes as well as possible. Although the boxes are made of insulating material that keeps the cold as good as possible, maintaining the cold chain is a challenge, especially during longer transports. In a well-filled freezer box, the items cool each other down and ensure that nothing heats up too much.
Especially if you order BARF online in the summer, it can happen that the outside temperature causes the goods to thaw or defrost, even with express delivery. If this happens to you, there is an important basic rule: if the meat still has a core temperature of around 7 °C, the goods should be OK and can be used. If the temperature is significantly higher, you should no longer use the meat for the well-being of your animal. In general, you should always check your goods for completeness and cooling status immediately after receipt.

When you order BARF, you will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation, which you can use to track the package during shipping.
