Aufgrund der sommerlichen Temperaturen haben wir auf Sommerversand umgestellt. Für den Versand ist ein Mindestbestellgewicht von 5 kg erforderlich.
Wir behalten uns vor, den Logistikdienstleister je nach Temperatur- und Wetterlage zu wechseln, um eine sichere und qualitativ einwandfreie Lieferung Ihrer Bestellung zu gewährleisten.
Frozen meat
Frozen meat products are always delivered in our paper-based packaging with proven paperfloc technology, ensuring compliance with the cold chain (< + 7°C) for a period of at least 72 hours (in summer) .
Should it nevertheless happen that the goods have thawed or defrosted, this does not constitute a loss of quality or a reason for complaint. The goods can be frozen again or fed to animals immediately.
Shipping with DHL, DPD & UPS - choose Standard or Express
We ship nationwide within Germany via DHL/DPD standard shipping, free of charge for orders over €79, without a guaranteed delivery time (delivery up to 72 hours – in individual cases 96 hours). For frozen items, we ship express for a minimum order quantity of 5 kg.
If you wish for a guaranteed delivery time (1-2 days), you can select this with UPS Express and DPD Express.
Island deliveries via DHL and shipping to DHL Packstations are at the recipient's risk. Packages that do not fit into a Packstation due to their dimensions will be forwarded to a branch or returned to us.
Note on Delivery Address and Delivery
Of course, you can specify a different delivery address during the order process – for example, your workplace or another preferred address where you are available during the day. In this case, please ensure that the recipient's name is clearly visible there so that delivery can proceed smoothly.
Important: Delivery usually also takes place on Saturdays, so you may be able to receive the goods on the weekend.
You can arrange further reception options (delivery authorization, preferred location) yourself with DHL after registration.
Important Note on Delivery
Please note that a delay or prevention of delivery caused by you – e.g., by selecting a preferred day, incorrect or incomplete address details, or refusal of acceptance – can lead to the total loss of the shipment.
In such a case, the payment obligation generally remains, as we have shipped the goods correctly and according to your order.
Versand ins Ausland
Auch außerhalb Deutschlands müssen Sie auf frisches BARF nicht verzichten: Wir liefern nach Österreich, Belgien, Dänemark, Frankreich, Italien, Luxemburg, in die Niederlande, nach Norwegen, Polen, Schweden und Spanien. Der Auslandsversand erfolgt ausschließlich mit DPD zu pauschal 8,99 € pro Bestellung.
Damit Ihre Sendung nicht über das Wochenende unterwegs ist und die Kühlkette durchgehend gewährleistet bleibt, versenden wir Auslandsbestellungen nur von Montag bis Mittwoch. Die Laufzeit beträgt in der Regel 1 bis 3 Werktage ab Abgang bei uns. Bitte achte darauf, dass Sie Ihr Paket beim ersten Zustellversuch annehmen können, so bleibt die Ware in einwandfreiem Zustand.
