Our sous-vide menu is gently cooked at temperatures of up to 85 °C, which means that the product reaches a core temperature of 68-71 °C. By vacuum cooking in its own juice, the water-soluble vitamins, such as the entire vitamin B complex, as well as minerals and flavors are optimally preserved at these temperatures. The result is a healthy, nutrient-rich and juicy meal that will sustainably promote your dog's well-being.
The 1 kg version of this item is available in a practical 4 x 250g package - i.e. with four connected but individually sealed packets.

Unsere ausgewählten Zutaten in höchster Qualität werden präzise portioniert und danach in speziellen Beuteln luftdicht vakuumiert. So stellen wir sicher, dass alle Aromen und Nährstoffe erhalten bleiben.
Garen im Wasserbad
Die vakuumierten Zutaten werden danach bei einer maximal Temperatur von 85 °C im Wasserbad schonend gegart. Dabei wird eine Kerntemperatur von 68-71 °C erreicht wobei die wasserlöslichen Vitamine sowie Mineralstoffe und Aromen perfekt erhalten bleiben.
Das Ergebnis
Ein schonend gegartes, gesundes und nährstoffreiches Menü. Für eine sichere Lieferung eingefroren. Zum Servieren auftauen und portionieren.
